Should the Democrat Party be entitled to certification in Arizona?

Aside from the fact that not a single American flag could be seen on display either inside or outside the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, Bernie Sanders supporters were marching outside with Soviet flags while Democrats waved a Palestinian flag inside the convention hall.

PHILADELPHIA – In stark contrast to last week’s Republican National Convention, where it appeared one couldn’t move one square inch without seeing an American flag or symbolic American red, white and blue, the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Philadelphia appeared completely devoid of American flags or any American symbolism whatsoever.

Instead, communist supporters of Bernie Sanders, who calls himself a “Democratic Socialist” while advocating Communist policies, unabashedly marched outside the DNC with Soviet flags.

Democrats waved a large Palestinian flag inside the hall while admitted illegal aliens were brought in as guest speakers in complete violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324, laughably claiming fear of deportation.

In accordance with Goal 15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States. – of the 45 Communist goals to takeover America, as published in Cleo Skousen’s 1963 book “The Naked Communist,” the Communist Party USA appears to have completely infiltrated and taken over the Democrat Party.

If you read the 45 Goals, it reads much like the Democrat Party’s platform, with most of its goals achieved.

Arizona acted long ago in defiance of Goal 12. “Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party” when it passed A.R.S. §16-806, Proscription of Communist Party of United States, its successors, and subsidiary organizations, stating: “The Communist Party of the United States, or any successors of such party regardless of the assumed name, the object of which is to overthrow by force or violence the government of the United States, or the government of the state of Arizona, or its political subdivisions shall not be entitled to be recognized or certified as a political party under the laws of the state of Arizona and shall not be entitled to any of the privileges, rights or immunities attendant upon legal political bodies recognized under the laws of the state of Arizona, or any political subdivision thereof; whatever rights, privileges or immunities shall have heretofore been granted to said Communist Party of the United States as defined in this section, or to any of its subsidiary organizations, by reason of the laws of the state of Arizona, or of any political subdivision thereof, are hereby terminated and shall be void.”

Watching this year’s DNC, the Democrat Party appears to be the assumed name of the Communist Party and, in accordance with state statute, should be terminated and considered void.
